All work and no play makes Jack and Jill dull, and student life must be much more than classwork to build the whole individual. The Academy of Greatness will offer a wide variety of enrichment activities to keep life interesting, exciting and full of opportunities for each student to challenge themselves.

Sports Program

Team sports, with a greater emphasis on team building and the concept of win-win than in traditional victory-at-all-costs programs, will be an integral part of the school experience, and will depend on the ultimate location of the campus. Team options may include football, soccer, lacrosse, swimming, wrestling, softball, tennis, track, and others. Individual options will include weight training and martial arts; students will be encouraged to study Aikido, as its philosophy of protecting not only oneself but also one's opponent goes hand in hand with the concept of a world where no one is left out.

Cultural Enrichment

Music, drama, crafts, chess, dance, student publications, field trips to cultural events, service project coordination and yearbook staff are only a few of the envisioned extracurricular opportunities envisioned for students which will make their experience at the academy rich, well-rounded and fulfilling.

Leadership Training

It is critical that students leave the Academy of Greatness with a clear vision of the unlimited nature of their potential to create wealth and well-being for themselves and those around them. Accordingly, numerous times throughout the school year, special convocations with invited speakers will be held. These will give the students the opportunity to hear from people who are already making a huge difference in the world, or who have overcome seemingly insurmountable obstacles to achieve success and influence in their respective circles.

Faith

Drawing upon a power greater than ourselves is a common denominator among all truly great individuals who have sought to make a difference in the lives of others. Students will be encouraged and assisted to continue their spiritual development, irrespective of what their individual spiritual walk looks like. Believers and humanists alike can move themselves and their fellow men forward, whether their source is whatever they conceive God to be, or their understanding of the power contained in the greater body of humanity. On-campus, non-denominational spiritual services will be available, and students belonging to various denominations will be encouraged and assisted to associate with members of their own faith from the local community.
